It cannot be baseless and misplaced to expect compliments as much as complaints flow in. Be it towards an organisation or an individual. But human nature majors on complaints. In my opinion,majoring on complaints is subjective whilst striking a balance of both…is objective. Please!!!!…give service providers & product suppliers a break.


Recently we had an audit from the authorities…a lady representative came. She majored in criticism . .. complaints… And refused to fill in on the section of Notable Good Practices. A couple of days later her superior came to audit us and guess what? He condemned her report saying,”Audits must be supportive and not punitive…”

So in conclusion, who the cap fits…those who major on complaints and don’t balance the scales…Let them wear it…
