The topic needs no over emphasis. Some people will over compensate out there ,apologizing with almost everything they have.
It can be irritating to the victim as much as the pepertrator is trying to make themself.

Compensatory behavior is a result of realization of an irreversible inferiority complex or lack or inability. #extreme case senerio.
If you are a pepertrator,do not over compensate. If you are are victim,refuse over compensation especially materialistic.
