The Ist thought that comes to mind when one reads my topic today is.. a virus or any other contagious transferable disease. But that is not what I am on about.
My focus is on the aspect thst every human being has something they carry which is contagious. Each time you are with someone, you will definetly impart a part of who you are to them. If I were not to put it too politely, I would say, one way or the other, additionally you are either a GIVER or a TAKER. 😏… I will come back to this point later.
Contagious… by definition means either:
1. (of a disease) spread from one person or organism to another, typically by direct contact.
2. (of an emotion, feeling, or attitude) likely to spread to and affect others.
Well.. I have my own definition on this blog… Simply impartation of a part of or whole of your character traits, either good or bad. Now with respect to my definition, which category are you? The one who imparts good or the one who imparts bad. Do you empower others when you interact with them at differ levels or do you impart out right negativity? Mmmmh!
Without further ado, I am so glad that I am the former and not the latter. I impart skills, academics and morals wherever I go whichever level and to whosoever I interact with. The attached photos paint a picture of what I am on about. On a serious note it’s pointless to blog motivation on what I am not.
I don’t fear running empty as I impart, empower and elevate others. I don’t feel threatened by the possibility of empowering someone who will become better than me. I am not a ‘ball shielding’ selfish person. I am a GIVER and not a TAKER!
I cannot conclude this blog with anything else but gratitude to my mentors, @PromotionTariroTirivanhu, @AugustineGwatirisa, @MartinPotsekayi, @JonesChitate & @EmmanuelJanuary to name a few. They were #GIVERS and not #TAKERS. They contributed positively & professionally to the person I am today…. @RaeGumbo
