So with time in life I started finding comfort that I was not the only unorthodox person when it comes to getting something done.
The definition of unorthodox becomes more significant in formal set ups like companies, churches and organizations with a nack for SJPs.
Now imagine a dude like me, a combo of procativeness(as opposed to crisis managers) and been unorthodox same time.
Well, it gets you finding self receiving endless written warnings and even getting fired though. So I go ahead and get things done in an unorthodox way, knowing the ultimate consequence for me. [I have been fired several times.]
Dr Conrad Hawkins, in The Resident, does get fired but guess what….. they realize it was a huge mistake letting him go, and they bring him back, against the will of 1 or 2 autocrats…. 🤐
As I have said, meeting with birds of the same feather has strengthened me to continue my proactive AND unorthodox approach… bottom line, problem solved at the end of the day.
